Politicians should be paid minimum wage.

They should want to do it because it’s a service to their community and the work is fulfilling, not because it makes them money.

They can petition for a raise once a year during their review, but it cannot exceed 25% of their hourly rate.

Politicians shouldn’t be allowed to have more wealth than the poorest members of society.

I wonder how Jamie went through life without Dani. I wonder if she got a cat or moved near Owen or simply stayed in her armchair with her door open. I wonder if she was lonely or if she was able to hold onto Dani to the point where she still felt her enough to never feel alone at all.
